How to Shop Provisions

Go to your co-op Provisions and sign in. If you have not activated your account yet, check your email for an activation link or visit our Sign Up page.

From the homepage, select a supplier to start browsing. You can use the search bar to find specific products, or use the filters to narrow results by category, dietary preference, and more.

Each supplier card on the homepage shows the current order deadline and pickup day so you know how much time you have before placing your order.

Select a product to view its details, including pricing, case quantity, and volume discount tiers. Add the item to your cart. Most items are available in case quantities only. The minimum order quantity is shown on each listing.

Before checking out, review your cart to confirm your items and quantities. Your discount will be applied automatically. You will see the discounted price reflected at checkout.

Enter your payment details and submit your order before the supplier deadline. By submitting your order, you are agreeing to pay for it. Your card will not be charged until your order has arrived and is ready for pickup.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has arrived and is ready for pickup. Orders are picked up from our backstock area. Let a cashier know you have a Provisions order and they will call a Customer Service to assist you.

Use the heart icon on any product to save it to your favorites list. This makes it easy to find the items you order regularly without searching every time.

Your past orders are saved in your account. You can browse your order history and quickly add previous items back to your cart, saving time on repeat orders.

The search bar works best with specific product names, brands, or keywords. Use the category and dietary filters to narrow results when you are browsing broadly. If you are looking for sale items, browse the Co+op Deals collection directly from the homepage.

Each supplier has its own order window. Check the homepage supplier cards for current deadlines so you do not miss a cycle. Co+op Deals sale periods also have their own start and end dates listed on the homepage and the Co+op Deals collection page.
